What is our return policy?

IN-STORE:

Returns are accepted for store credit only. All returns must be returned within 20 days of purchase.

  • We cannot accept sale items, accessories or shoes. Several types of other goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, select beauty products, home goods, bathing suits, mystery bag items or AMBRE BLENDS cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 
  • All items sold on our auction page are final sale.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with Dawson & Daisy tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, a return is not possible. Please note: we are unable to accept items that have been washed. Please be sure to follow exact washing instructions to ensure the garment remains in good condition.

ONLINE:

Returns are accepted for store credit only. All returns must be shipped back or brought back to our store within 20 days of the delivery date.

  • All items sold on our auction page are final sale.
  • If these ineligible items are sent back and not accepted you can choose to have them returned to you for an $8 fee.
  • If you return your online order to one of our boutique locations, you may opt for an in-store gift card at that time. Store Credits are non-transferable.

All returns must be sent back to our store within 20 days of the delivery date. We suggest getting a tracking number because we are not responsible for the return making it back to our warehouse.

Once your return is processed at our warehouse you will receive online store credit.

ONLINE EXCHANGES:

If you would like to exchange an item in your order, please send back the item that didn't work and please place a new order for that item on our website. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. A full refund will be given for exchanges only for a different size or color in the same item. Please write the new order number for the exchanged item on the bottom of the receipt you are sending back with the merchandise. All other returns will be issued store credit. Shipping fees will be included in the refund for any exchange orders.
